Change the date of the booking


The date change is available only for the event you have booked. You can request a change to the booking date through our support team.


Change of direction or type of event


Changing the direction or type of event is not available; you can only cancel your booking or change the date.


Cancellation Policy of the Booked Service

Tour


You have the right to cancel your reservation for free more than 10 days before the specified date of the tour. If the cancellation of the booked Service occurs less than 10 days before the specified period, Easy Journey withholds a penalty of 20% of the value of the scheduled Service.


Excursion


You have the right to cancel your reservation for free more than 24 hours before the specified date of the tour. If the cancellation of the booked Services occurs less than 24 hours before the specified period, Easy Journey will deduct a penalty of 20% of the value of the scheduled Service.

Cancellation of the booking by the user


You can make a refund if your reservation is canceled within a specified time:

For tours - no less than 10 calendar days;

For excursions - no less than 24 hours.


Cancellation of the reservation on the initiative of the event organizer


In case of cancellation of the booked Service due to the fault of the event organizer, the Easy Journey platform provides a full refund.


Terms of refund


The platform Easy Journey makes a refund within not more than 20 calendar days.


Payment

Payment order


Payment on the website is made in the amount of 20% of the cost of the Service. The remaining amount is paid directly in front of the booked event, straight to the guide or tour operator.


Payment Methods


On the website, Easy Journey payment by bank cards and other payment services is available.


A refund


Refunds are made to the account from which the payment was received. The return period is up to 20 calendar days.


Voucher

E-Voucher


All event organizers are required to accept an e-voucher. The voucher for the booked Service will be available in your account, as well as sent to your email.


Paper Voucher


You can print the voucher sent to your email. Event organizers accept electronic and paper vouchers.

Event start


We ask you not to be late for the booked event. Your voucher will indicate the exact start time and venue. To clarify all the details, you can directly write to the event organizer.


Behavior rules


Be attentive to the instructions and requests of the organizer. This will protect you and make the event more comfortable.

Before the event, the organizer, if necessary, must conduct a briefing and talk about safety on the route.


Communication with the event organizer

Communication with the organizer of the event takes place only on the Easy Journey site using personal messages. We do not recommend using third-party services to communicate with the organizer.
